Marketing deletion commands

All deletion commands require access_crm and del_customers.

Deletion removes the active configuration record but preserves touches, customer attribution, and conversion events. Campaign/affiliate references in current links are reset to zero. This keeps historical reports available and prevents new traffic from resolving a deleted entity.
