MngGetAffiliateApiTokens

Lists token metadata for one affiliate and brand. Requires access_crm and see_customers.

Each row contains id, affiliate_id, brand, name, scopes, enabled, expires_time, last_used_time, created_time, revoked_time, and created_by. JWT values are never included.
