MngDeleteGatewaySymbolMapping

Deletes a mapping by its server-assigned identifier. Requires SESSION_ADMIN.

Deleting a mapping does not delete the gateway, internal symbol, or QuotePolicy. After deletion, the affected direction uses identity fallback: the symbol is passed unchanged unless another applicable mapping exists.

An enabled gateway is restarted asynchronously to remove the mapping from its runtime lookup tables. Poll MngGetGatewayRuntime until it returns to READY.
